**The coping lessons used in LICAHH’s “3C”’s programs are based on the Attacking Anxiety & Depression program developed by Dr. Philip Fisher and Lucinda Bassett at the Midwest Center for Stress and Anxiety. Since its founding in the 1980’s, Attacking Anxiety & Depression program has helped 1.4 million people* (* stresscenter.com) with anxiety, depression, stress, and obsessive thinking. Lori Shandle-Fox, Founder and Owner of LICAHH went through their comprehensive program to overcome her own issues with all of the above and has been a practitioner of these skills for 20 years.

Moving aside all of the clutter that clouds our vision, and distracts us from seeing others simply as other humans.

Participants Learn To:

  • Better understand staff, students, bosses, colleagues… you know…the people we see every day, but don’t really know much about.

  • Process & accept that we all have prejudices preferences.

  • Understand where our prejudices preferences come from & how detrimental they are to our own success.

  • Identify and let go of assumptions based on age, sex, gender identity, weight, height, race, religion, language, sports team affiliations…

Frequently Asked Questions About the “3C’s Program

  • This program is highly customizable. Lessons are easily molded to fit the needs of children as young as 8, as well as high level professionals.

  • Whatever works best for you. Each lesson is designed to be fully effective to “stand alone” at a meeting or conference or to build upon each other as part of a regular, months-long school or company routine

  • Every Company & Organization has its own needs. These lessons can be presented at staff meetings, professional development conferences, company retreats… or whatever works for you.

  • We will work within your already existing parameters. Some possible options at a high school for example: Guest speaking during Healthful Living, working with juniors and seniors preparing for their post-high school futures at college, the military, jobs etc.

  • Lessons can be conducted in English, Spanish or a combination of the two.

  • $300-$5000. It depends on a bunch of variables such as virtual or live, how many participants, location, duration of program or event.

  • These lessons can be customized to be effective as well as entertaining in as little as 15 minutes or as much as a half-day or all day event.

  • Both.

  • While we don’t have individual lessons, participants are always encouraged to reach out for lesson clarification or assistance.

  • Nooooo. We are not therapists and this program is not meant to take the place of traditional therapy or medications prescribed by one. Having said that, the cognitive, behavioral modification skills taught in the “3C’s” program have long been used by traditional therapists to help patients with depression, anxiety, panic disorder & obsessive thinking. Therefore, this program can work well in tandem with traditional therapy.
