Why Them?
These people frequently spend their days, their careers, maybe their entire lives in a “giving” role. Often their clients and community expect them to give everything they have to those they serve, and they often expect the same of themselves. Frontline workers rarely raise their hand and say: “I’m really struggling. I need help.”
Our Solution
Supporting “givers” by delivering to them much-needed social and emotional assistance without them having to ask for it. Creating mentally and emotionally restored individuals who can sustain their wellness while doing what they do best… sustaining others. In addition, organizations will attract and retain amazing talent by tangibly, consistently demonstrating they have their emotional back.
Just a Few of the Workshops We Offer
The Gift of the Present
Making Our Work & Home Life Sooo Much Less Stressful
What do all these have in common: guilt, worry, “what if” thinking, grudges, resentment, old anger, regret, and wild expectations? They all live in the past or the future. When we learn to focus on what’s in front of us, right now, they all move aside. Good riddance.
“Frontline” workers are often deluged with overwhelming demand and a lack of social / financial support to meet it.
Mastering present-moment living keeps “givers” highly effective in meeting others’ needs while still nurturing their own peace of mind.
Are YOU Positive? Are Ya Positive?
It’s not what you think. It’s how you think.
“Who here is a negative person? Nobody ever raises their hand. But we can’t feel anxious, upset, angry, frustrated or tired without first having a negative thought. And how often do we feel upset, angry, frustrated, or tired? Negative thinking is a learned bad habit. The good news? It can be unlearned.
What? “Giving” people, negative? Being negative doesn’t mean you’re not a good, caring person. Frontline workers are frequently in a state of emotional and mental fatigue. This makes them vulnerable to irritability, sadness, and anger.
This lesson helps participants recognize negative thoughts that lead to irritability, sadness, and anger and replace them with ones that make them feel more soothed, capable, and competent.
Connecting with Your Quiet Core Confidence
(Conveniently located just west of that drive-thru meal you ate in 2012)
We were all born with a treasure chest deep inside of us where all our goodness, love, kindness, grace, generosity, natural talents, empathy, compassion, intuition, and creativity live. Learn how to not only unlock it… but live in it.
Frontline workers know they have every one of these attributes, don’t they? They use them, literally, every hour of every single day to ensure everybody else’s needs are met, unfortunately often while physically, mentally, and emotionally depleting themselves.
This lesson is chock-full of tips and tricks that won’t add a moment to a participant’s already jam-packed day. They will leave set on a path of serenity and inner resilience that will strengthen both their care for others and their own self-care.
